I’m one of those people who doesn’t sit still and coast, I’ve been known to maybe be a touch over excitable, maybe a little too knowledge hungry. At the end of the day, my knowledge and intelligence is something that no one can take away from me. The entire world could fall apart, but no one can take away what I know (to an extent…).
I think that everything else starts to fade and that you will always retain your experiences and knowledge. Our society puts such a prevalence on looks and outward appearance, but there are so many things that are more important.
I have always had a hunger for knowledge, and push forward to it. That is why I think it is so important to keep working hard, and never stop learning. We have it easy in the digital tech age, we have everything we could need at the tips of our fingers. We are able to find everything that we could need to know in seconds with just the pressing of some keys. That is why I aim to learn something new everyday.
The Importance of Education, and the Unimportance
I write blogs and articles, I’m a multimedia expert. But I always learn something when I’m researching and writing an article, even if it is about something that I know like the back of my hand. That’s what I love about writing, the ability to always learn something.
I have two degrees, sure that’s great. But at the end of the day I probably could have learnt everything that I know online. Sadly, we live in an age where a piece of paper is held so highly. But I love university and learning, and I’ll probably go back and do another degree one day. But for now, I’m going to keep learning new skills and new things everyday.
